I understand that this application does not guarantee me a spot on the camp staff. I have answered all the questions honestly and to the best of my ability. I understand that if I am selected and I agree to join the staff I am making a commitment to the program of the camp, my fellow staff members and the campers. I will do everything in my power to live up to that commitment.
I understand that I must also submit a completed medical form and complete all trainings and checks before I can attend camp
